Captain Rob Petrina

Rob grew up in Newport Beach, California where his love for fishing and boating culminated under his father and grandfather. Rob started his career in commercial sport fishing and later progressed into the yachting community. His vast knowledge of fishing has afforded him the opportunity to be a member of many successful tournament teams with numerous wins resulting in over $500,000 in winnings. Rob's professionalism and expertise landed him on the Acero Azul in February of 2010 where he has successfully cruised the waters from Juneau, Alaska down to the Mexican Riviera. Rob currently holds a USCG Masters License with numerous endorsements in safety and medical training.


Mate Sam Long

Sam grew up in Huntington Beach, California and attended Edison High School. When he wasn't playing sports he was usually fishing. Sam worked on a Commercial sport boat before Captain Rob handpicked him to come and work on the Acero Azul. Sam has proven himself not only as a hard worker but also a great fisherman.


Chef/Mate Stacey Fetterman

Stacey grew up on the East coast before she transferred to San Diego to finish her degree in communications. Shortly after college she went to live in the Caribbean where her love of the ocean, food, and sailing began to take form. Upon her return to California she started to hone her skills in the galley under her mother, who is a classically trained chef. When she wasn't in the galley she was usually participating in a sailing races. Stacey was recruited to the Acero Azul in March of 2010 where she has been wowing the guests with her wonderful food and her popping personality.
